Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a nice workspace and was quiet; however, it was still dirty. The service inside the bar/restaurant area for Sheridan stuff was top-notch and very friendly and accommodating. The location was easy to find and had a lot of stores and restaurants around it, perfect for my needs. The dining experience due to construction was very disappointing with a brown paper bag containing minimal items. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, with good quality bathroom supplies, and had a nice workspace which was great. However, the noise from the rain hitting the outside made it challenging to relax. The service was unbelievably friendly and helpful, setting this hotel apart. The location was close to the event we attended, making it convenient, but going through a construction area was not ideal. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with little to no taste in some dishes. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
The hotel had a few issues but the service made my stay special. The location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby.
The hotel was an excellent value for the price with very clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and a nice touch of having Starbucks coffee available both in the room and lobby. The breakfast buffet, although suggested to be included in the room rate, was not worth the additional charge. The staff members were great, although the rooms were in need of some upgrades and better cleaning.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable, offering a cozy bed and a nice touch with Starbucks coffee both in the room and lobby. The price tag of $100 per night seemed justified given the quality. While the optional breakfast buffet was decent, I felt it wasn't worth the additional $11. Overall, the standout feature was the excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff members.
The hotel had exceptionally friendly staff and delicious food, but the rooms were not as clean as expected.
